Acupuncture

By stimulating a specific acupuncture point from 33 weeks of pregnancy. Possibly in combination with moxa therapy, a baby is less likely to lie in breech position.

Moxa therapy

Is a treatment from traditional Chinese medicine and can be applied from 32 weeks of pregnancy. During treatment with a glowing Moxastick, multiple acupuncture points are stimulated. This could help your baby turn to head-down position.

Chiropractic therapy

Improves the space in the pelvis, making it easier for the unborn baby to rotate.

Physiotherapy

Deals with the treatment of complaints to the bodies support and musculoskeletal system and can treat pelvic complaints.

Hypnotherapy

By removing the tension and stress in the lower part of the uterus, more room could be made for the baby to rotate.

"Mensendieck"

This form of therapy is aimed at eliminating and preventing complaints due to an incorrect posture and movement pattern.

Osteopathy

By removing tension in the pelvis, there is more room for the baby and therefore the baby could possibly rotate better.

Rebozo massage

Is a special massage using one or more traditional Mexican sling (s), with which a baby can be lifted out of the pelvis in breech position.

  • With this series of exercises you bring the pelvis more in balance and you create more space in the abdomen and thus also for the baby. This allows your baby to move more easily to the ideal birth position.
  • Spinning babies and breech position. By doing these exercises, you could promote the chance of your baby spontaneously turning from breech to head-down position.
